Modern Art

Contemporary art and its evolving trends are nowadays two of the most topical themes increasingly attracting the interest of both collectors and professional experts.

With its projects, the Heritage gallery aims to present the most original and interesting artists whose work embraces almost the whole range of existing styles and trends in contemporary art. Apart from modern Russian artists, we show paintings by well-known Western painters with many of whom our gallery has exclusive relations.

We do not accept any form of epatage. Our main selection criteria are high artistic value and the investment potential of works of Russian and Western contemporary art conveying the latest world tendencies and representing main world schools.

Paintings by the artists participating in our projects form part of the collections of the State Russian Museum, the Moscow Museum of Contemporary Art, the Hungarian National Museum, the Milan Museum of Modern Art, the New Museum of Contemporary Art (New York, USA), the Museum of Contemporary Russian Art (Jersey City, USA), the Museum Ludwig (Cologne, Germany) as well as of private collections in Russia, the USA, Canada, Spain, Greece, Japan, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Switzerland, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Sweden, the UK etc.

Many participants at our exhibition projects are members of the Union of Artists of the USSR and Russia, disciples of such colossi of contemporary painting as Varvara Bubnova (a member of the Union of Youth and the Jack of Diamonds and the Donkeys Tail groups, she exhibited together with Malevich, Tatlin and Rodchenko), Vasily Sitnikov (representative ofunofficial artand founder of his own school) and Heinrich Ludwig (representative of the vanguard of Soviet architecture in the 1920s).
